Hi,

I have the following setup:

LAN 1: connected to WAN over DSL, static IP, VPN server (IPsec with preshared key and username/password). Internal IP addresses are 192.168.1.x, subnet 255.255.255.0.

LAN 2: connected to WAN over LTE using the TL-MR6400. Internal IP addresses 192.168.2.x, subnet 255.255.255.0.

My goal is that I can access a device in LAN 2 from a device in LAN 1 and vice versa.

So this is basically the setup that is in the picture of the user manual. I was hoping that TPlink would describe in the next picture the actual configuration for that example, but there are only empty fields in the screenshot.

So my question is: what do I need to fill in for "tunnel access from local IP addresses" and "tunnel access from remote IP addresses" in my example, and what does that mean? And where do I fill in the username/password for the VPN connection?

Any ideas welcome!

To build a VPN connection, the IP address of 2 LANs should be public IP address. and what is the hardware of the MR6400 and what is the current network topology?
