M7350(EU) failed to upgrade FW??

I recently buy the M7350(EU) v4 mifi
when i tried to upgrade to newest fw from tp-link website, i have this problem, it stops me from upgrading m7350
I downloaded newest fw from website https://www.tp-link.com/vn/support/download/m7350/v4/#Firmware
after that, i extract the zip file to have the fw file M7350(EU) 4.0_1.0.16 Build 181220 Rel.1116n_User.zip
Then i tried to update my fw with this fw
I dont know what wrong with my device?

For your case, it is the normal upgrade, you can refer to the following step to upgrade it. If it still has any problem, please send me a screenshot and send me a screenshot of the error information you have.
