Hi all,

 

We have just bought this router and cannot get internet on it. We have tried 3 different 4G SIMs and with all of them, the internet icon on the unit does not illuminate (all the others do and it it showing 75% signel strength). Running through the quick start procedure on the management page results in an error "Sorry not connected - please reconfigure your parameters". All the parameters look OK. I'm wondering if the unit is faulty. Any thoughts?

Maybe the APN information is not right, you could confirm that with your ISP. You could attach some pictures, such as status page or something maybe help.
