Problema com TPLINK CLOUD - "Pedido Expirado"

Não consigo fazer o registro do equipamento na CLOUD da TPLINK, toda conectividade da internet flui normalmente, porém o equipamento apresenta erro quando tentamos logar. "Pedido Expirado"
Alguem já passou pelo mesmo problema? alguma solução?
Adquiri 10 dispositivos dessa para fazer gerenciamento remoto, alguns eu consegui fazer o registro, outros não.
