I have just bought an Archer AX1500 and connected it by LAN cable to gateway (only changed the rental router I used till now).

With downloaded app (Tether), set up ID, password, etc and tried Wi-Fi connection (both 2.4Gh and 5Gh).

My iPhone 6S (iOS 13.3) can perfectly connect to internet with an impressive speed (used speedtest by Ookla), but can not connect any other device (iPhone 6S, iPhoneSE, Windows 10 laptop x2) even if WiFi icon is correctly displayed.

Tried to connect a different laptop by LAN cable, but this one has the same issue.

Light on router are all green, but if I try a network test by LAN cable connected laptop it will fail it.

There is another strange thing that happen to this device. If I try to use browsers or email client, I get always the message "cannot find an internet connection", but I can use YouTube.

 

Any idea to solve this frustrating issue?

@Gowtham_varma I fixed the issue when new ISP start contract. Issue was caused by old ISP that did not give permission to connect a router
