Missing VOIP menu.

Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 180828 Rel.56416n
Greetings;
Patient is an ex TPG Archer VR1600v.
Did operate VOIP through that service, now moved to AUSBB. This new providers internet is connected just fine, but no VOIP/SIP menu!
I have all that required detail and phone plugged into Phone port 1, figuring it'd auto-configure:-) No luck of course.
Or, should I surrender and return armed forces to barracks and simply go buy a new modem?
