Using dd-wrt firmware in TL-WR1042ND

Firmware Version : 3.15.1 Build 120618 Rel.41178n

I want to use DD-WRT in my router because the upgrade was a terrible decision.
I saw that dd-wrt supports the WR1043ND but says nothing about the WR1042ND. What is the difference in hardware more than the additional antenna?
Could I use the upgrade for this?
