Hi Diego,
It is not a good idea to connect them as you described.
You may place your two TL-WA730RE in different locations but boost signal from your root device instead of range extender

AP --> First TL-WA730RE --> Second TL-WA730RE

of course is possible, you have a gateway on your main AP lets say its 192.168.1.0 set First TL-WA730RE to 192.168.1.1 then set Second TL-WA730RE 192.168.1.2 once you have set dif. IPs on same subnet
just make sure when you set Second TL-WA730RE when you survey the SSID your are repeating, survey the MAC pf First TL-WA730RE.

or if V1 has WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) use it to connect Second TL-WA730RE to First TL-WA730RE

really, its that the best feedback of your problem you can do, you are setting 2-TL-WA730RE, so you didnt even posted if you had set First TL-WA730RE, difficult to help you thet way, dont forget this is not a guessing contest.
I can see you hate the keyboard, so two suggestions for you
1-on top there is a FAQ click on it, its going yo open a new page, where it reads PRODUCT CATEGORY click and a contextual menu its going to open, choose Wireless AP and now to the right click on the GO button, 3 pages of all the TL tutos for you, Log and Reset, FW upgrading, Operation Modes, AP, Repeater, Universal Repeater etc. etc. my advise start by resetting your 730s
if you do not like to read then.
2-get the 800 number from your country and call TL support.
