MR-3420 V2 loses contact with the modem, it seems that the usb driver loses contact with the modem and think everything is ok but a ping from the router shows that there is no internet connection, the only solution is to manually disconnect in the web interface of MR -3420 and reconnect, but then it is quite impossible to do it next time as MR-3420 loses contact.
