I can't find the download link for the tpPLC utility in the place where it points to:

Because I dunno what to do.

I have a tl-wpa4220 kit, and the little one in the kit is connected to the router hub. And the tl-pa7020 ones are with a red light in the powerline led. But I still have internet.

So i wanted to check it out.

Can you guys help?

My internet connection is of 100Mbps and I am below 50 Mbps
