AX50 interface vs AX10 interface

AX50 interface vs AX10 interface
Why is the AX50 interface different than the AX10? The AX10 interface I think is much better. I can easily identify connection type, transmit/receipt speed. With the AX50, the interface is pretty much the same as the C900, and is missing features.
I'm guessing this is driven by TP-Link and there is no way to change the interface.
Anyone know why TP Link would not use the same, improved, interfaces with the AX series?
