This relates to an Archer VR2100 which is not in the list?

My TP-Link Archer VR2100 arrived this afternnon but I have problems setting it up my browser either can't find it on the network or it starts the setup, then comes up with Error: 90404 file not found then cannt find the network.

I have reset it a couple of times with no effect.

Is there anything I can do to resolve or does it sound like the modem/router is defective?
