1. in the Access Control section, I restrict access to a specific site during a specific period of the day.If the specified site is already open on the computer when the start time of the ban period arrives, then the connection is not cut off and the fraud does not work.If you manually close the session, you will not be able to establish a connection again until the end of the forbidden period.

2.In the Field "Domain Name" it does not allow writing https.

Apparently these are SOFTWARE errors.
