Hi I have had my powerline network running for 2 years now without any problems. However today I tried to run the TP_PLC utility as I am about to extend my network with another powerline unit but I cannot get the utility to run. I double click on the program and get the user access message displayed, answer yes but absolutely nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the utility, disabled antivirus and firewall, restarted the PC several times but to no avail. I have tried running the utility as an Administrator and in compatibility mode but still no luck, can anybody help please??

My PC is  windows 10 version 1909 and the utility was previously working on this PC but not at the same version of windows 10.
