UPnP traffic when UPnP is off

Hi all,
It seems there is a bug with TL-WDR3600. As it can be seen in the following image, the UPnP is off:
But my firewall on the computer is reporting flood of packets originating from the router (it's the routers MAC address and IP address):
I don't know what ETH type packet is, 0026 might be hex (38 decimal as seen in the raw log). But port 1900 is definitely UPnP.
At the router, the wireless switch is off, as well as all other options for sharing etc. This computer is the only one connected to the router. The router has been reset several times.
I think this must be a bug?
