Hi. I have a Telstra issued NBN modem and a Gen 2 router. When I try to connect the main adapter to the plug near the modem/router, internet stops working and router blinks in red (no internet connection). Whenever I disconnect the adapter from the plug, everything comes back to life and I am able to use internet. Even when I connect the adapter to a power extension half a meter away from the modem, it still disrupts the internet connection. I am worried that it has interference problem with the modem/router devices and I may not be able to use it. I would appreciate if you can help me out with this problem. Thanks.
