My TP Link model TL-MR3220

I need to track the visiting website through this wifi which websites are accessed like parent control.

my  ISP provides a PPPoE connection.

and another one thing, can i update the firmware for my device i got the like below in tp-link, but I had chcked the descriotion there

"it mention like some times it may be deice failure, after that you not able to use the device" is that correct or wrong.
