I lost web access to my TP-LINK. I ran an NMAP and saw that the web port (HTTP, 80) is not enabled. It appears that Web Managment (Access / Remote Control) is disabled.

I was able to connect via telnet (port 23) successfully. How can I enable web management (HTTP) again?

I cannot reset the settings because I will lose the settings and will need to activate my ISP.

I to solve it.

I identified by NMAP that the ISP changed the management port to 8090, identified by 8090 / tcp open opsmessaging in NMAP.
