I want to implement Bandwidth Control to be sure my internet phone adapter, Grandstream HT801, gets priority. The instructions say bandwidth is allocated by ISP address. I have the phone adapter plugged into jack 1, my two computers (Windows 10) plugged into jack 3 and 4. I find that everytime I power my system up the ISP address changes: 192.168.0.100 then .101 then .100 then .106. Surprisingly, my main PC, plugged into jack 3, was always .104. How can I implement Bandwidth Control if the phone is often at a different address?
