Hi,

I am trying to resolve issue with double NAT on the kids xboxes but struggling with the best solution.

I have an TP Link VR400 modem router and a TP Link Archer A7 router.

Ideally I don't want to turn the A7 into an access point as I like the parental controls functionality.  Is it possible to turn the VR400 into a modem only mode to stop the double NAT? 

I've looked at bridging but the process seems rather complicated as I can't find any straight forward instructions on this, most of the searches I find give conflicting info.  Happy to try this though if someone could point me in the right direction.
