Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.10.9

Hi

Two days ago i set up a TPM9 plus as access points at our office where we share an common internet connection with other companies in the same building.
The entire idea was to extend our wireless access to internet for ourselves and our visitors. Therefore I set up Two different gateways and assigned a guest network to each.
Each network is protected with solid passwords, yet since yesterday 12 unauthorized users outside our office have succeded to log on into our networks without having access to the passwords.
I had to blacklist them all everytime one of them logged into our networks.
When I try to log on to the same network with my devices i was denied to log on if i treid with the wwrong password.
I know all those people and none of them are hackers.

How can it be possible? Is a system weakness of theTP M9 Pluse?
Has anybody else had the same problem?

Please give me advice on this topic, otherwise i have return the system inorder to buy a more secure one probably from other vendors.

Regards
MOHHAJ
