I can't get my WDS to work using my brand new Archer C50 (main router) and TL-WR841N (extension, 2.4Ghz).

I used to have a WDS working fine with TL-WR841N (main router) and TL-WR740N (extension). Recently I purchased Archer C50 to be my main home router but it doesn't work at all.

Some facts:

- The error I get is that when I connect my mobile to the extended network, I can't get an IP back. It seems that DHCP isn't working and therefore the connection isn't established.

- When I configure the WDS using Archer C50 (main router) and TL-WR841N (extension, 2.4Ghz), I can ping C50 from the TL-WR841N web console. However, I can't reach IPs one hop further.

- I switched back to the old configuration ( TL-WR841N (main router) and TL-WR740N (extension)) and the WDS started to work again. With this setup, I tested pinging again and found out that even before it wasn't possible to ping external IPs through the extended router's web console.

I considered it could be a routing issue, as DHCP is not being found. Now I don't know what else it could be, either a compatibility issue or even a hardware problem.

Can anyone help me?
