Since I've my Deco M4 in router mode my homekit works very slow outside my house and the automation to turn on the alarm when leaving isn't working neither. 

When I'd the Deco in access-point mode it worked fine. 

What am I doing wrong in the router mode? Do I need to forward a port or is there a certain setting I need to take into account?
