Vr300 2.4 ghz speed issue

Archer VR300
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.0.0.8.0 V009c.0 Build 181214 rel.51117n
I have an issue with the 2.4 ghz wifi its never reach my downstream rate it's always around 31Mbs but my vdsl speed is 70 mps on the 5ghz wifi i can reach this speed without a problem. but I should reach that speed also on the 2.4ghz which is never happened??!!
i have another router I reach my full speed through thier 2.4 ghz network so why??
dose the router is defected or should I do something in configuration??
