Hello, purchased new router this week replacing BT Home Hub 5 and WiFi is great but on Tuesday and Wednesday initially no speed for about 15 minutes each day although pc says connected.  Today hour after turning on still no speed although showing connected.  Latency 246. Ethernet status showing 11,000,000,000 bytes on startup.

Grateful for any advice.

@Jay_Hay

Good day.

Thank you for your patience.

Please refer to the following suggestions:

  1. change the DNS  and MTU on the modem to have a look;
  2. make sure there Is no access control or mac filtering for this computer;
  3. if possible, fetch one more Ethernet device to see what happened;

Thank you~
