No reconoce SIM
Until yesterday the internet worked, but today it stopped working. I have tested the SIM on other devices and it works perfectly. I have tried to restore it from the factory and it does not work either. It simply does not work, the only thing that gives an error is: unknown failure

Can I have a picture of the error message of unknown failure?
How long have you had the device?
And if the IP address on the picture still here, please go to advanced>network>LAN settings>change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4, then restart the router(power off then power on.)

Have you tried to test with a different sim card to have a look?
Please also try to manually input the APN settings to see if that helped;
And if possible, please also try to make sure the firmware is up to date:
