Good day.

Thank you for your patience.

Please refer to the following information:

  1. Change the wireless advanced settings, such as
  2. Compare the APN settings when Sim card inserted on the phone and M7650; if different, please manually change to be the same;
  3. Please check the wireless link speed when the device is connected to the 5ghz of M7650; link speed:https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2265/

Thank you very much.

@Sunshine I followed all the instructions provided and change the channels but the highest I am only reaching is 30Mbps. Kindly see attached screenshots below for reference.

And this is the APN on Android

***Regarding on your query if tested on other device via hotspot, Yes I have already tried via android hotspot and I am able to reached 168 Mbps on DL But my M7650 is struggling to reach at least 30 Mbps. Here is the result of my speedtest via hotspot on my Android phone using same sim card

@edcarlo09

As per advise of the technical team a new firmware will be released soon with the option to select specific 4G bands.

@MysticGuy

I'm also curious about the status of the new firmware that would supposedly allow choosing 4g bands. Any updates?
