Hello, could anyone assist in  clarifying this error code?

 

I have intermittent internet/connectivity breaks of 4-5 seconds.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

May I know how long have you had the modem and when did this issue start?

And have you checked with the ISP to see if there is any unstable connection on their side?

By the way, where are you located?

There is another newer firmware version, TD-W8961N(EU)_V3_180118

Have you tried to update to the latest firmware?

@Sunshine thanks for the response, I purchased the unit 1 year ago, the problem started a few days ago. I have contacted the ISP and reset the connection on their side, and continue to monitor. i am located in Cape Town, South Africa. I will try updating the firmware.
