TD-W9970 V1 questions

Hello,
I have a TP LINK TD-W9970 V1 router/modem. I have Admin type user access to the device. I have a few questions about it:
1- AFAIK there are two user types: Admin (or super-user) and user. Are there any other user types?
2- Is it possible to add another Admin type user while preserving the current Admin type user, via either console or GUI?
3- Is it possible to add an user type user while preserving the current Admin type user, via either console or GUI?
4- Via console (CLI) the available commands I could find are: clear, exit, help, history, logout, config, adsl, igmp, wan, wlctl, iptv, lan, dev, debug. Is there a documentation showing their usage and possible parameters? Are there any other commands? Does the router interface have a specific brand/model which I may search for documentation?
E.g. "show running-config", "adsl show ip route", "wan show ip route" etc.
