TP link M7450 won't get connection with the internet
Just bought a M7450 to work on the go. Installed it according the Quick installation Guide, the mobile devices (phone and macbook) recognize the SSID and can connect but one thing stays.....disconnected status for internet.
I googled the APN for T-mobile, tried the different settings (None, Pap ...) but that doesn't help. Is there anything else we can do of call for help?

May I know where are you located?
Is the network type of your sim card compatible with
FDD-LTE: B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28
TDD-LTE: B38/B40/B41
DC-HSPA+/HSPA/UMTS: B1/B5/B8

Have you updated the firmware to be the latest one: https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/m7450/#Firmware
Please refer to the following information:
- check the sim card is well prepared;
- check the IP address under advanced>status page;
if all failed and there is no internet IP address, please reset the M7450 and leave it powered on for 10mins; then log into the router to get the system log;

@Sunshine found the replymail in my spam box. So my reaction is very late :(
We solved the problem, the internetcard we inserted was blocked by the provider.
Soon as they unblocked the card, we had access. Thanks for your reply anyway.
