I just bought a TP-Link Archer A6 router HW V2 considering the best router manufacturer in the whole world.

Presently I'm using internet service offered by Triple Play in INDIA.

Triple Play have shared PPPoE connection user id and password with me and I have been using their services for a long time with my old TP-Link router i.e. 

but the big problem with Archer A6 is that it's not connecting to the internet with the shared User ID and Password whereas my old router is working flawlessly.

So I request TP-Link to fix this issue in India and do intimate me via mail or if anybody has any idea of how to kill this problem then please do let me know.
