Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200511 Rel.44954n

Brand new keeps losing the Sim signal it´s on latest firmware.what should i do? give up on it send it back ? A lot of people have the same problem i am using it on Simyo provider in spain.if you don't use it all the time it drops signal....

can anyone recommend something more reliable than this? just normal router with 4G/LTE not ADSL Etc.

Have you tried the beta firmware which could help us fix the network band?

 And please also help us check the following information:

  1. Before and after the LTE connection disconnected, could you please check whether the network band under advanced>status changed or not?
  2. When the internet disconnected, is there any error message under basic>network map, such as unknown failure: please make sure the internet configuration is correct;
  3. How did you recover the connection, atomically coming back, or rebooting the router?
