can't connect to internet with MR6400

Hello
i juste received the router and try to connect to internet with it.
i install the SIM card, configured the router with the unlock SIM option annnnd can't connect to the internet.
The connection is ok, i can use the sim in a phone to connect to the internet but i can't with the router.
i used the FAQ and verify the configuration, all seem ok.
What can i verify ? what could be the issue ?

May I know where are you located and who is your sim card provider?
Did you reset the router already and update the firmware to be the latest?
Have you tried to log into the router and check if there Is any internet IP address and if it synced with the correct ISP profile:
