Hi

i have set up the ax11000 and sky is all working well however when I use the sky go app on my iPad it searches for a sky box and says can't find one even though all my devices are connected via the ax11000

does anyone have any idea why this is the case and how I can rectify it please as I use the app a lot around the house and all worked ok pre installing the ax11000.

it is the same on another iPad we have in the house
