Wireless adapter not recognized
Hi there! First and foremost its NOT AN ARCHER TX3000E model, its a TX50e model (cannot pick the model from the list because its not there, funny).
I just recently bought an https://www.tp-link.com/au/home-networking/pci-adapter/archer-tx50e/ wireless adapter.
Sadly when i put in the computer, it failed to recognize the card at all. Even after i installed all latest driver for it. Restarted many times but it wasn't working at all.
However when i tried to put in while the computer was turned on, it detected. However once i turned the pc off, it forgot it once again. I didn't buy this wireless adapter to put in and out each time i shut down the PC (also not to mention ,its not safe at all). I tried on all my PCI express slots, got the same results.
I have a windows 10 and its up to date, along all other drivers.
My motherboard info: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-AX370-Gaming-K3-rev-10#kf (BIOS and all other stuffs up do date)
Also a small note, that my old https://www.tp-link.com/hu/home-networking/adapter/tl-wdn4800/ wireless adapter (which i have for 5+ years atleast), still perfectly FINE, even on windows 10.
Would like to ask some help, what can i do to my motherboard recognize this adapter, even after the PC turned off.
Thank you for your time!
