TD-W8961ND not saving NAT settings

Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version : 2.0.0 Build 120608 Rel.34612
ISP : TekSavvy
NAT is enabled (under PVC2), as is UpNP
Whenever I enter all the info for a port forward under NAT in the virtual server tab, I click 'save' and nothing happens; chrome and firefox both give the same result.
If I go to a different screen after pressing save and then come back to NAT settings, there's no entry updates and no port forwards.
Should I install a different firmware (I can't find a newer version to install) or is NAT not supposed to work under PVC2? If I don't enter proper info (like leave the ports blank) I get an error if I press 'save', asking me to finish entering all the required info.
