First of all I don't like your support as I already sent out 2 emails for support and was not contacted within 24 hours as stated in the email. (TKID201004964 & TPLink Support #565441).

 

anyway... I am having issue with both of pages "Traffic Monitor" & "System logs" showing empty and I am not sure what is the the issue.

 

please assist

Sorry for the delay.

Where are you located and how long have you had the modem?

Did the issue start since you bought it?

Have you tried to reset the modem to see if that helped?

Since there is a new firmware about the Archer VR600, have you tried to update the firmware as well:
