We have found problems of inaccessibility voip after several days of operation of the machine, call can be made from the fxs but if someone call us on the public number still unreachable; if we restart router everything goes ok for few hour/day.

We also found that if we enable QoS management from the remote is lost and isn't fixed with the last fw.

Same firmware, same problem.
My VOIP provider is Eutelia (Italy)
Voip account stop working after some days (sometimes hours) and you have to restart router or RE-Save voip advanced options then it works again.
It seems like a timeout or registration problem.
I really hope that TP-LINK fix this problem soon with a new firmware becouse router is unasable at the moment !!!!

I too have the same problem, I tried all firmware even older ones ... keeps crashing several times a day!
I also noticed a decrease in performance of the network lan ... :mad:

No news? No answers? Where is TP-LINK support team ???
I bought this router and it's unserviceable with this VOIP problem!!!!

What I can think about is we need to make sure the internet is working properly while using the VOIP service. It is so complicated to check the settings, I suggest you guys to connect the Technical Supports via email which may be helpful.

Internet i working 24/24 without disconnection for sure. I contacted Technical Supports via email several times but no answers.

We tryed this italian number 02 66715807 02 66987799 and the phone number on site for italian support +39 (02) 3051 9020 but none answer. No mail answer from international support at support.it@tp-link.com and support@tp-link.com.

Hi All, when you found the voip can't be used, can you login on the modem ?
if you can, please login on the modem and check what's the status of your VOIP account, it's up or down?
also, at that time, whether you can go to internet properly?

when you login (no problem tologin) VOIP status is Down and ADSL is working perfectly!

that's fine! if you can login on it , you can check the system log of the modem, then maybe you can know what's the cause.
