Model: Adapter
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

In my house i have some issues with internet connection. I have the main router and connected to that device i have a kit tp-link av500 wireless. Is being working very well for the last 5 or 6 years. Recently i add another kit (av600) but i bought a wired version (my mistake). So, the 2 kits are connected to the router and working but the new one (Wired av600) sometimes does not connect. Today it only connected after 45 minutes of reseting the adaptors and restarting my computer several times. Why this appends? all the time i turn on the pc is not connected and takes a lot to establish a connection with the cable. The wireless version is older but it seems that work fine (is in another part of the house).

@Joguirian

"So, the 2 kits are connected to the router"

Are you saying you have existing AV500 and a new AV600 powerline adapters plugged into the router?

There should only be one one active powerline network to avoid issues.

Only one powerline adapter should be connected to the router.

Unplug one of them (eg. AV600) from the router, and just use the Pair button, to pair the new AV600 adapters to one of the older AV500 adapters.

Download the TPlink utility and turn off the power saving mode on the AV600.  It may help.
