@Fabius Well, you are on a Beta version & they will use it an excuse. Unfortunately, you will have to reset the router to get rid of this entry. Another frustrated customer here.

May I know where are you located and how long have you had the Archer VR2800?
Did this issue start after the first installation?
Have you tried to turn off the service filtering or disable the service filter status first, then add or edict again to see what happened?

@Sunshine I don't remember exactly I think 2 or 3 years and bought it from Mediaworld, the problem has arisen since I started configuring it almost from the beginning

To Support Fabius with your Questions. I bought my VR2800 40 days ago. I have the latest stable firmware and have the problem since I use the router from the beginning until now.
Hard Words: A router which has special features like "Parental Control", "splitted interfaces (VLans)", "service filtering" and so on, where the features wont work or you have to decide which you use is not useful. All this features are unworthy, if you can't use them.
A Example: I tried the parental control when I installed the router. Later on I implemented the VLans. Yesterday I uncovered, the parental control didn't work anymore. So I checked the logs and I was right, since I activated VLans, parental control is unfunctional. Why have I to decide, what I need more? Please update the firmware for this model. With the actual version, the router is much to expensive decoration part on my cupboard!

Hello Everyone,
I sendet my problem with the service filtering and parental control to the support.
The support told me, that I have to install the newest firmware, the "beta" marked one. I explained, that I am not happy with a beta firmware. The Support told me, every firmware offered on the official website is not beta anymore. The description isn't adjusted, but the firmware is stable. So far to "beta" marked firmware.
I have still the same problem. I can't delete filters I created and it's impossible to adjust the rules.
I responded the support email and gave feedback to the solution. So we have to wait for a new firmware.

edit: I forgot to say ... I installed the newest firmware and the problem is still the same. Only parental control is fixed. Hopefully further issues are also gone, like DHCP gives no IPs anymore, Webgui isn't accessable anymore and so on.
