I have a problem, When I Turn the modem router it is written next to the serial number v1.2 so it should be version 1.2. But, in the router page of upgrading the firmware I get that the hardware version is 1. Is this normal or there is something wrong here ? 

I have a question, is it okay to use global firmware instead of the ones made for my country?
