Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Unknown

I'm trying to setup my first Deco M9 network.  I have 3 units but none of them can be detected from the Deco app.  2 always have the red LED flashing and the other a solid red LED.
 

I have no other Deco device in my house.
 

I'm going crazy and need help!

The devices that flash are getting an IP address via DHCP and create a WIFI network Ziggo3959602deco4. However, I have no idea of the WiFi password so can't connect to this network

I did a hard reset using the button on the bottom of the unit and that seems to have worked. One unit is now setup with its new wifi network. The others I will do tonight. The units I bought were second chance so obviously someone had already done some setup on them.
