Hi,

I'm experiencing random connection drops with my Deco M9 in access

point mode. Several times each hour I have a few connection drops ranging

in duration from 1 to 30 seconds.

My network setup is as follows:

bridged modem

  • wired router
    • Deco 1 in AP mode connected to router with ethernet cable
    • Deco 2 in AP mode connected to router with ethernet cable
    • Deco 3 in AP mode connected to router with ethernet cable

When I change this so that only the main deco uses an ethernet cable,

all seems to work fine.

However, according to faq 2399, my initial setup should work:

"However, when the Deco works in Access Point mode, each
Deco unit can connect to the front-end modem/router directly

via Ethernet cable. "

Am I doing something wrong here?

Best regards,

Tom
