The adapter only works in safe. It only finds the networks in safe mode, when I'm back in the normal mode it doesn't find any. I am using Windows Vista 32-bit. Internet service provider. All help is appreciated!

Maybe "Wireless Zero Configuration" in Windows will be recipe for your problems, without dedicated application.

You can configure WZC (wireless zero configuration) in your computer:
1) Type services.msc in "run" and enter.
2) Select wireless zero configuration from the list which appears in the next window.
3) Double click on that option , and do whatever setting you want to do.

I just installed Windows 7, when I put the CD in, it says "Wireless network adapter is not detected. Please insert the right TP-LINK wireless network adapter and click yes to continue installation, or click "No" to quit installation progress." It's defo plugged in, tried all different ports and no luck. When I plug it in it also now says at the bottom of my screen "USB device not recognised." Please help, this getting beyond a joke now.

Have you installed "chipset drivers" for your motherboard?
