Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.11

According to the link below, you should

be able to click on the Internet icon, then click on one of the satellite Deco, and you will see the satellite Deco’s signal source is wifi or ethernet. However that does

not seem to show on my device (see below picture) any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I occasionally get this on my Satellite M9, not every time but happens, when there are no devices connected to it.

 

Try again few times, you might get the screen with info.

 

If not, try connecting device to that Deco, see if it helps.

 

Finally, the latest firmware for M9 is 1.4.3, in both NA and EU. If your Deco app does not give you option to upgrade, you can search this forum for manual upgrade steps.
