I have a problem with this modem, so that when I turned the modem off and on, it stuck on the initializing mode, and even after several resets with the reset button, the problem is still the same, and there is no connection, either Wi-Fi or usb cable, also Inside the browser, the modem settings page for uploading the firmware does not appear
What should I do? Is there any software that can flash the modem in Windows 10 with a cable?
