@Ivaylo

I always had some issue to connect to some devices. Now I realized that it depends on the band.

I updated the firmware but the problem seems the same.

@DocDam

Try configuring wireless security like this (both bands):

and wireless settings (2.4GHz band):

and 5GHz (Channel Width - Auto):

Ensure you have selected your country in the Region dropdown for a law compliance.

Then test and see if any impprovement.

Consider configuring DHCP address reservation for your local devices so they can receive static(same) local ip addresses from the router on every restart/wireless association.

Thus it should be more convenient for you when troubleshooting problems.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

@Ivaylo WPA version is setted to auto. Should I change to wpa2?

The rest is already like you posted.

I can't find where to select country.

Yes, It's recommended for maximum security.

I don't know how your GUI looks like at the moment, but with the 2013 FW the Region is selectable like in this screenshot:

That's OK. The FW I sent a screenshot from is an older one and it was for all regions at the time.

Does the router see all the active connection of the devices you are trying to ping ?
Are you getting packet loss or not when you pinging ?

Describe your topology - how your devices are connected ? Do you have an ISP Wi-Fi router/modem in your network ?

Can you see your devices in question in :

or in:

@Ivaylo

The router ping well all the devices.

Yes the devices are in the ARP list AND in the DHCP client list.

Now i forced my phone to the 5Ghz band (putting in the MAC filtering on the 2.4Ghz band), to make some test.

Actually it works. If it can't connect again i'll try to make some test with other devices.

I have ISP modem/router with wifi disabled, connected to WAN port on the router. No other devices are connected to the ISP router.

Thanks

@Ivaylo

Is it possible that the problem was that i use the same SSID for the 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz band?

It could be. Better use different SSIDs for the bands.
