Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

being a satisfied user, the TL MR 3420 serves me quite some time very well  now, actually so well i meanwhile have

recommended it to friends and family.

Recently i decided to get a new modem for my internetconnection and went for the Huawei E3372 which seemed decent.

I read information online about people using TL MR 3420 along with E3372 without any problems plus i saw a video of

a user which had the same problem as i but eventually it just worked for him after some waiting, on the model 3220

which i was told it is the same except for better WiFi
(see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UtySnJf5ffc)

On Amazon the Router and Modem even gets sold in a pack and are marked as "recommended together" and there are

reviews indicating proper function. (see screenshots at end of post)

So i ordered the stick and upon arrival i 1st gave it a test by plugging it directly into my computer - it worked

flawlessly. However when i plugged it into my TL MR 3420 router, it did not work as it went to "Identifying" and

stayed there (i gave it like 30 Minutes, restarted the router afterwards, did not help).

I tried a factory-reset of the router aswell which did not help.
I took a look into the logs (see screenshot).

I am looking forward to your assistance in solving this matter - since I have received excellent support already in

the past and was not disappointed when there was a firmware-issue with port-forwarding.

Many thanks in advance.

German text on the screenshots basically says its working without any problems and changes
