I recently purchased a c6 archer for my apartment, because I needed a dual Band gig router.

 

I have devices on network 2.4 and network 5 ... on network 5 I have no problems, but network 2.4 only works when I am at most 2 meters from the router.

 

I have the latest firmware installed and have already reset the settings to see if it worked. All to no avail.

 

When I go to the room (10 meters away with a wall) my speed drops to a maximum of 200kbs. When I'm next to the router I can reach almost 40 megs.

 

It is not a loss of signal, in the room I have a quality of -57db. Has anyone ever experienced this? Is it a hardware problem?
