Multiple device household issue with disconnections
We are a large household with a lot of devices using this modem router. It is disconnecting devices and then reconnecting them a few minutes later. I believe this is the 'connect on demand' setting and that I need to reset it to 'always on' so even if the internet does slow down with multiple devices connected it does not disconnect them. We are on fibre 50mps and the line isn't a problem. I can't find where in the settings I can switch it to 'always on'.

@Ivaylo It's a lot - currently 11 of which 5 are active. What is annoying is that there is an 'always on' option in the manual.

They are not too much, the router will handle these for sure.
On the bottom of the device there's a sticker with information.
Can you check what's the HW revision of that device ?
You can browse through the WebGUI: Advanced=>System Tools=>Firmware Upgrade and take a screenshot of 'Device Information' section.
Can also you make a screenshot of Advanced settings here:

@Ivaylo That's right. Sorry for getting that model wrong. I have changed it back to 'auto' with the default settings as in screengrab from you.

I've updated my previous post, follow the directions and get back if you observe anything abnormal in device's logs.

@paulcanning It has logged me off a couple of times but then been able to manually reconnect. I have saved the logs but what stands out both times is an ' NCSI response check succeed', which I believe is my Windows. So I will see tomorrow if it is now just me.

@paulcanning Hi. Multiple disconnects/reconnects/unable to connects reported today. I can't see anything obvious to me in the log.
